Boarding

Our aim is to make boarding flexible and fun! Flexible in that we try to tailor our provision to the needs of the parent and the child and fun in that we believe it should be an enjoyable experience from which the child can develop independence and become more self-sufficient. At The Prebendal we cater for all types of boarding. The school is fully staffed each weekend and so we can offer full termly or weekly boarding as well as flexi boarding or one-night sleepovers.

Although some pupils start as boarders, many day pupils become boarders during their time at the school. This is an essential step for those who are moving on to Public Schools where they will have to board but many who are intending to move on as day pupils also benefit from the rewarding experience.
