A Prebendal School pupil has helped his great-grandmother celebrate her birthday just days after she was declared to be the oldest person in Britain. Eight year old Christopher Hooper attended Gladys Hooper's 112th birthday on Sunday 18th January 2015. Her son had received a telephone call from Buckingham Palace following the death of Ethel Lang at the age of 114.
