At The Prebendal School, academic expectations are high, and success is gained through a love of learning and curiosity. Our progressive curriculum develops kind, curious, knowledgeable individuals who strive to have a positive impact on the community. We value every member of our community.

Since 1497 we have been establishing the foundations of our pupil's futures. Children have one childhood and our focus is on nurturing confident, happy, engaging, independent and kind young people who are outward looking. Although rooted in tradition, we must make our values and the educational opportunity we provide relevant in a world of technology and diverse cultures and attitudes.

A successful education is one that prepares our children for life beyond Prebendal. That is essential. Pupils emerge from The Prebendal School with the ability to converse with almost anyone. If you are lucky enough to share a Cathedral Assembly or Concert in Chichester Cathedral you will see first hard their confidence. We offer numerous opportunities for personal achievement through our innovative approaches to learning and teaching. Facilitating the true development of skills and knowledge within a creative, positive environment, whilst supporting the wellbeing of our pupils, is at the heart of all we do.
