Military Families

The Prebendal School welcomes children of forces families and we recognise the importance of stability in the lives of children whose parents may be called away or deployed with minimum notice. Understanding the different needs of families, we tailor our boarding provision, providing weekly, flexi, and full-time boarding for boys and girls from ages 7 to 13.

We amend our fees in line with the Continuity of Education Allowance (CEA), and as a boarding school, we are listed in the Accredited School Database administered by the Child Education Advisory Service (CEAS). This means that eligible families only pay 10% of the school fees. For forces families that may not be eligible for CEA funding, you are welcome to apply for a means-tested bursary.

At Prebendal, our pastoral staff understand what is required of serving personnel. With our emphasis on pastoral care and provision of stability and security in a family-orientated, welcoming environment, each child can thrive and get the most out of boarding life.
