At The Prebendal School, we are proud to support Forces families and understand the importance of continuity, stability, and a nurturing environment for children whose parents may be deployed or required to relocate during service life.

Our welcoming boarding community provides children with a safe, supportive, and family-orientated environment where they are known as individuals and encouraged to thrive academically, socially, and personally.

What Financial Support Is Available?

Families eligible for the Continuity of Education Allowance (CEA) receive 90% off boarding fees, meaning parents pay only 10% of the full boarding fees.

As a boarding school listed on the Accredited Schools Database administered by the Child Education Advisory Service (CEAS), The Prebendal School has long supported military families seeking an exceptional education alongside outstanding pastoral care and flexible boarding provision.

For Forces families who may not qualify for CEA funding, means-tested bursaries may also be available.

We offer flexible boarding options for boys and girls aged 7 to 13, including:
